Burnley 0-1 Man United

West Ham 1-0 Burnley

Liverpool 0-1 Burnley

Burnley 3-2 Aston Villa.

Burnley is currently in a tricky form with Sean Dyche doing a marvellous job at the Turf Moor. Burnley should not be underrated by Chelsea especially after the handed Liverpool a shocking defeat at the Anfield to end their 68 games unbeaten at home.

What will be Thomas Tuchel’s formation for the game?

Thomas Tuchel is known for his flexible in approaching games. He rarely uses one formation or maintain a steady lineup as he constantly tweaks his team to get the needed result.

Thomas Tuchel used a 3-4-3 in his first game against Wolverhampton with Thiago Silva, Antonio Rudiger and Caesar Azpilicuelta playing a three-man centre back role while Mateo Kovacic and Jorginho played in a double six. Callum Hudson Odoi and Ben Chilwell were deployed as a wing back to assist Kai Havertz, Hakim Ziyech and Oliver Giroud in the attack.

The formation did work and Thomas Tuchel quickly changed it in the second half to a 4-3-3 and Chelsea started creating chances but were unfortunate not to win the game.

Thomas Tuchel will likely adopt the 4-3-3 formation after the formation proved effective in the last game.

Who will make the team’s lineup?

Thomas Tuchel will no doubt choose the suitable player for the game but he is likely to go with this lineup against Burnley.
