Bad News as Former Chelsea Handler Sacked

According to multiple reports, one of Chelsea’s previous managers has been fired this evening, due to his awful performance in the 2020-2021 campaign. Of course, the coach happened to be one of the most brilliant and tactical managers in Europe’s top-5 leagues, but things didn’t go as planned for him with the Hornets.

Claudio Ranieri has been sacked by Watford this evening after three months in charge, regarding his poor statistics in the Premier League. The Italian gaffer has seven points from 13 Premier League games, and they are currently in 19th position in the league table. Without being sentimental, the former Chelsea boss deserved to be sacked, because he didn’t really perform impressively in 2021-2022.

Claudio Ranieri managed Chelsea from 2000 to 2004 and won some trophies with the Blues. Aside from that, he had coached other teams like Leicester City, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Inter Milan and others. Nevertheless, he was kind of poor at Watford, as he didn’t really dazzle well with the Hornets.

Apparently, Watford are planning to escape relegation this campaign, and they have to reinforce their squad, so as to achieve their objectives. Therefore, the Italian gaffer was sacked because the club didn’t believe in his managerial prowess anymore. It’s very poor to claim 7 points from 13 Premier League fixtures, having lost four times in a row.

Simply put, former Chelsea boss, Claudio Ranieri has been sacked by Watford after three months in charge, as regards his 3-0 defeat against Norwich City on Friday.
